SEND Co-Production Audit

Every member of staff from all organisations and services in Hull are encouraged to complete an audit of how they work with children, young people, and families with SEND.

The audit will inform the development of an improvement plan to address co-production in Hull in response to the SEND re-inspection in 2019.

This applies to all organisations regardless of whether you work specifically with SEND children and young people.

The audit takes roughly 10 minutes. You can complete it by following the link below:

Any data which identifies individuals will be extracted from responses before review.
