Our YOURhealth service wants to help you move from surviving to thriving, encouraging you to feel in control of your health and wellbeing.

This can be done by addressing mental health, general health, wellbeing and inclusion needs using a variety of techniques, including:

We know many people are struggling for different reasons this year, and that all of the things going on in your individual life may be impacting upon your wellbeing. This is normal and to be expected with the challenges we have all faced for the last 18 months in particularly.

Our YOURhealth service is here and ready to support you with these concerns, to get you the right support and help develop the confidence to believe in your own abilities.

Celebrating positive feedback

“I really love my job; at times it can be challenging but working with the clients who want things to change but are unsure how to can be really rewarding. I feel I can encourage the client to focus on the first step, as my role is important to help them focus on manageable and realistic changes that will make a difference.” – Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach

“Thank you so much for your help! I think the recovery star has really helped me to put things into place and helped me with the way I think of things!” – Service User

“Clients are always thankful. They feel listened to and supported as our service truly is about them. It’s not about someone telling them what they should do, rather about what they would like to do and how they can go about achieving their goals. They feel a sense of autonomy and empowerment when using our advice to make small changes which can be a valuable foundation for bigger change.” – Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach

“The support has been invaluable and has helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel. My Coach is an asset to the team” – Service User
