TranslateInterweave Partnership Shortlisted for a HTN Award 2026

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to announce that the Interweave partnership has been shortlisted for the Health Tech Newspaper (HTN) Award for Partnership of the Year.
The HTN Awards 2026 celebrate digital teams, programmes, innovations and suppliers which have made a difference throughout the year, helping to shape future services and systems across health and care.
The shortlist recognises the ongoing work of Interweave partners to scale a sustainable, NHS-owned Shared Care Record ecosystem which connects almost 10 million people. It is recognition of the collaboration between partner organisations working together to improve information sharing across health and care services and support more joined-up care for local communities.
Managed by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, Interweave is a data platform that powers several Shared Care Records across the country, including:
- Notts Care Record, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)
- Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) Care Record, Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland ICB
- Yorkshire and Humber Care Record (YHCR), Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, South Yorkshire Integrated Care System (ICS), and West Yorkshire ICB
- Dorset Care Record, NHS Dorset ICB
- Joined Up Care Derbyshire, Derby and Derbyshire ICB
These Shared Care Records powered by the Interweave platform and supported by our Trust, capture and process clinical information all in one place. This improves the health and care professional’s experience by supporting decision-making and reducing the documentation burden. For service users, the benefits can be felt through their healthcare journey, helping to ensure they receive quick and relevant care, at the point of need.

This year's HTN Awards ceremony will take place online from 12pm on 7 October 2026.
