You Said… Together We Did
At Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, involving the people and communities we serve remains at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to ensuring that the voices of our patients, service users, families and carers are heard, valued and reflected in the way we design and deliver our services. By listening to feedback and acting on what matters most, we continue to make meaningful improvements across the Trust.
Thank you to everyone who shares their experiences, ideas and opinions with us. Together, we can shape services that better meet the needs of our local communities.

Mill View Lodge - July 2026
At Mill View Lodge, patients told us they wanted better snacks available on the ward. In response, staff worked with ward managers to increase the range and availability of snacks. Patients can now choose from a wider selection, including different crisp flavours, cheese, biscuits, drinks and fruit. This change shows how patient feedback is listened to and used to improve the patient experience.
