Our Trust has been awarded a ‘Green’ rating in the national Provider Capability Ratings published by NHS England, placing our organisation among the strongest performers in the country. Only 42 of the 204 trusts assessed nationally achieved this highest level of assurance.

The Provider Capability Rating brings together a range of indicators to assess how well organisations are performing and assesses them across six domains of Strategy, Quality, People, Access, Productivity and Finance. A Green rating confirms that Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is performing well and that NHSE has the highest level of confidence in the management and performance of the Trust.

This rating reflects the strong track record our Trust has maintained over recent years and provides independent assurance of our ability to deliver high-quality care while responding to increasing demand and system pressures.

Michele Moran, Chief Executive, said:

“Achieving the Green rating is a significant endorsement of the quality, capability and resilience of our organisation. Being one of only 42 trusts nationally to receive this level of assurance reflects the professionalism and commitment of our colleagues, who work tirelessly to deliver safe and compassionate care for our communities. For our patients and their families, this rating is about confidence. It means people can trust that when they need our services, they will receive safe, high-quality care from a team that is well-supported and performing strongly.”
