SilverCloud Primary Packages

Welcome to Silvercloud.

Silvercloud is a self-help package that gives you the tips and tools to be able to manage your own mental health and wellbeing. The tips and tools are based on a cognitive behavioural approach that helps you challenge your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.  You can work through the series of topics to meet your needs.

The work in this package is:

  • a space for Sleep,
  • a space from Stress,
  • a space for Resilience
  • a space from COVID 19.

Along with the main information included in each package, each package also has additional modules that may be of help and support for you. You can access these in each package by clicking on the Discover more tab. Please see below for a list of the additional packages and how to access them.

If you feel that you need more support with your mental health problems than the package can offer and you have an East Riding GP you can self-refer into the Emotional Wellbeing Service by calling 01482 335451 and online referrals by clicking here.

If you feel that you need more support with your mental health problems that the package can offer and you have a Hull GP you can self-refer to Lets Talk by calling 01482 247111 and online referrals via letstalkhull.co.uk
