Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust Shortlisted for Two Nursing Times 2025 Awards

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust have announced they have been shortlisted in two categories at the 2025 Nursing Times Awards, a testament to their innovative and compassionate care.
The Trust’s Connect Website, a dedicated digital platform designed to support children and young people’s mental health and adults with learning disabilities, has been shortlisted in the Children’s Services category. The Connect Website provides age-appropriate resources and advice for young people, parents and professionals. Its nomination highlights the Trust’s forward-thinking approach to offering accessible support and empowering service users with tools for better mental health.
Alongside them will be the Trust’s Hull 0-19 Integrated Public Health Nursing Service for their Breastfeeding Hull initiative, which has been shortlisted in the Public Health Nursing category. This impactful programme promotes and seeks to normalise breastfeeding throughout Hull, delivering community-based support that reflects best practice in public health and infant feeding.
The finalists were selected by an expert panel of judges from across the healthcare sector, who reviewed hundreds of entries for evidence of innovation, quality and meaningful impact.
The Nursing Times Awards celebrate the very best in nursing excellence, innovation and leadership across the UK. The winners will be revealed at a high-profile awards ceremony on Wednesday 22 October 2025 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London.
