Good News: June 2025

I’m delighted to present the June edition of our Good News newsletter.
"Good News" highlights the many incredible successes and positive stories that emerge from our Trust community. Each quarter, we share a selection of stories that reflect the strides forward we make in delivering exceptional patient care and how we are supporting our staff to grow while also maintaining a focus on their wellbeing. Providing an insight into what it really means when we say, ‘Being Humber’.
Our core values of caring, learning, and growing lie at the heart of our mission, shaping everything we do. These stories are shared in alignment with these values, showcasing how we live them out daily, while also celebrating our local and national recognition.
In this edition, you’ll find multiple examples of our staff and teams being recognised for their exceptional work providing outstanding patient care. In particular, we are delighted to share the news of our Inspire CAMHS Unit which was rated ‘Good’ by the CQC this year. These stories stand as a testament to the commitment and passion of our staff, as well as the transformative effect their work has on the lives of those we care for.
It is vital to reflect on and appreciate the positive moments. "Good News" is our way of shining a light on these moments and sharing our collective achievements.
I hope you find this edition of "Good News" as uplifting and inspiring as I do.
Warmest regards,
Michele Moran
