Good News: December 2025

I’m delighted to share the December edition of our Good News newsletter.

Good News celebrates the inspiring successes and uplifting stories emerging from every corner of our Trust community. Each quarter, we highlight the progress we’re making in delivering outstanding patient care, supporting our colleagues to develop and thrive, and keeping wellbeing at the centre of all we do. It’s a true reflection of what it means to be Being Humber.

Our core values of caring, learning, and growing run through every story we feature. In this edition, you’ll find examples of how teams are living these values every day, from local events that showcase exceptional work in our communities to the well-deserved recognition our colleagues have received for their dedication and impact.

We’re particularly proud to share the achievements of services and teams who have been celebrated in recent months for their hard work and commitment, as well as the positive new initiatives making a difference across our local community. These moments remind us of the extraordinary effort taking place daily across our Trust.

Taking time to acknowledge and celebrate these successes is essential. Good News allows us to shine a light on them and recognise the difference we make together.

I hope you find this December edition as inspiring and uplifting as I do.

Warmest regards,

Michele Moran
