Celebrating our Humbelievable teams at the 2025 Staff Awards

On Friday 28 November 2025, Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust held our annual Staff Celebration Event to celebrate the fantastic and innovative work of our teams and staff. The event is the culmination of staff nominating each other and a rigorous shortlisting process, where members of EMT and the Board choose the finalists from a long list of exceptional candidates.

This year’s glittering event, hosted by Blair Jacobs, was held at the Mercure Grange Park Hotel in Willerby, and was supported by generous sponsors including Trust Charity Health Stars. Thank you to our sponsors Sewell City Care, Scribes, Capsticks, GenNorth, D3 Office Supplies, ACA Architects, Interweave and Humber projects for making an event like this happen for our staff.

The evening was enjoyed by everyone who could attend and a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and celebrate success.

· Chair and Chief Executive Special Recognition Award: Community Core Nursing and Therapy Teams

These winners and all the attendees were treated to a beautiful performance by the Hull Visual Choir, as well as a delicious meal and games to finish off the evening. The Staff Celebration Event is another example of how the Trust celebrates the hard work and initiative of our employees.
