Carols Round the Christmas Tree

This December the Trust’s annual Carol Service went on the road and visited several services and sites to spread the joy even further than usual. And those services and staff who couldn’t be visited were able to watch and join in online, plus they all received a hamper to enjoy.

Carols around the Christmas Tree saw our Chief Executive Michele Moran, a team of singers and a piano player visit the following sites:

•    Westlands
•    Maister Lodge
•    Townend Court
•    Mill View Lodge
•    Trust Headquarters
•    Humber Centre

As well as singing, staff were delivering Christmas presents for patients on behalf of Trust Charity Health Stars who have been running their Gift Appeal to make sure every patient receives something over Christmas. These events are always a great opportunity to spend time with colleagues and also for our service users to get involved.

Special thanks to our piano player – Amy Parkin – who joined us to accompany the singing and made it very festive.

As part of the event at Trust Headquarters in Willerby, Michele Moran chose the winners of the Trust’s Christmas Tree decorating and Christmas Card design competition – winners to be announced shortly!
