14 Days to a Humbelievable You – In Person Event

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust’s annual health and wellbeing programme – 14 Days to a Humbelievable You - launched on Monday 12 January 2026 with an in-person event at the Trust’s Lecture Theatre in Willerby.

The event ran between 10:00am - 12:00pm with a variety of stalls offering staff services to support their health and wellbeing. Throughout the event, staff could drop in and speak with services or take part in activities. The Trust was offering attendees free blood pressure checks, as well as flu vaccinations for staff. There were also some more luxurious activities on offer including a free seated 15-minute acupressure massage to release tension and restore balance.

The seated yoga and breathwork was particularly popular with attendees also being able to join in remotely from their workspace around the Trust.

And to complete the event all those in attendance could enjoy something from a range of healthy snacks and refreshments.
