Being a member of our Foundation Trust gives you opportunities to become involved and have a say in how our services are developed.

Membership is free and you can be involved as much or as little as you like.

If you would like to become a member of Humber NHS Foundation Trust then please complete our online form. 

As a member you can:

• receive our Humber People members' magazine 3 times a year; to view the latest edition of Humber People go to the related downloads section on the right hand side of this page.

• take part in events and attend Council of Governors and the Annual Members' Meetings

• voice your opinion and help to influence the development of services in your local area

• have the opportunity to vote in elections for Governors in the 3 public constituencies

• stand for election to become a Governor and represent members of our Trust

• claim discounts in the local area and on www.nhsdiscounts.com

• receive top tips and advice to keep you and your family healthy

• become a volunteer for the Foundation Trust
