Trust support transformation of Primary Care In Bridlington
Published: 18 January 2023 to 31 December 2098
Bridlington Primary Care Network has confirmed the transfer dates for Field House Surgery and Wolds View to Practice Three. Field House Surgery, previously run by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation and Wolds View, previously run by CHCP, join patients from Practice One who joined Drs Reddy & Nunn in January.
Patients will be safely and securely transferred across to Drs Reddy & Nunn on the following dates:
14 March 2023 – Field House patients to transfer over to Drs Reddy & Nunn
21 February 2023 – Wolds View patients to transfer over to Drs Reddy & Nunn
There is no change for patients registered at Humber Primary Care, run by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust who will continue to have their care provided by the practice. There will be minimal disruption to services during the changes to primary care in Bridlington which will enable greater provision of personalised and integrated health and social care for all.
To help explain these changes and to answer any questions patients may have, Bridlington Primary Care Network is hosting a second drop-in event on Thursday 19 January 2023 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm in the Sessions Rood, Bridlington Spa, South Marine Drive, Bridlington, YO15 3JH.
For people who cannot attend the event, information about the changes will continue to be available online at Improving primary care services in Bridlington — East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (eastridingofyorkshireccg.nhs.uk).
These pages are regularly updated, so visiting frequently is recommended. Hard copies of all the information are also available in GP practices.
