The Infection Prevention and Control team need the involvement from all staff, patients / service users, carers, and visitors to support the next 5 year plan. 

To help this we need to establish:

• Are the current information resources available being accessed and are they useful?
• Are there new ways we need to look at to improve engagement and involvement with staff, patients, and carers
• How would you like to be more involved with infection prevention and control awareness events over the next 5 years?
• Which infection prevention and control topics would you like to know more about?
• Which infection prevention and control issues would you like the Trust to prioritise over the next 5 years?
