Election to the Governors’ Assembly of proposed Humber NHS Foundation Trust 

The deadline for nominations for the above election was noon on Tuesday 3rd November 2009 (extended from Tuesday 27th October 2009 due to Royal Mail industrial action).  The people listed in the document below will be candidates in the election to take place in December 2009. Ballot papers will be sent to eligible Trust members on 23rd  November 2009.
