Changing the future of GP Services

Changing the future of GP Services

Our colleagues at East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group would like to invite you to attend a one-day interactive workshop to share your experiences of general practice from 9.30am to 3.30pm on 28 June 2017 at The Paddock, Beverley Racecourse, York Road, Beverley, HU17 8QZ

The aim of the workshop is for people to tell us what they think general practice should look like in the next five years and how services could change to make sure their experience is a good one.

The family doctor is essential to the health and wellbeing of the British public, but it has been under significant pressure over the past ten years. This has been recognised nationally and the Government is now investing to help practices meet the needs of their patients. This event will help us to describe what we would want general practice in the East Riding of Yorkshire to look like by 2022 and make the necessary changes to ensure this happens.

To book your place please email ERYCCG.ContactUs@nhs.net or telephone 01482 672156 by Monday 26 June 2017. Please provide an email address and phone number along with any access and dietary requirements.
