We will continue to refine our data collection and analysis across the equality strands.
Reports on employment data will be brought to the equality and diversity steering group.
Reports on complaints and incidents will continue to be brought to the Governance Committee, but with any equality issues being referred to the equality and diversity steering group.
As part of our equality duty, we are required to monitor and publish up to date employment and patient information. This information is collected through our electronic staff records (ESR) and monitored by our Trust Board.
